I say that I want her as the queen on the Iron Throne all the time, but what I really mean is that I want her to be the queen of the realm (aka the one who takes everything from Cersei). I think there's a good chance that the Iron Throne won't even exist in the end. Same for King's Landing, that city is clearly going to die in wildfire.

But if the Iron Throne and Red Keep are still there.. I think Sansa is the kind of character that wouldn't let her bad memories destroy her happiness. If when she rules, she is surrounded by decent people at court and has a loving family with her king and is able to help people and improve the realm for the better, would she really not be happy just because she has to do it from KL?

I wouldn't mind Sansa being the QitN because she would be happiest in Winterfell, but imo, it's problematic for the realm to be split again. When the realm is split, the Riverlands are fucked over. even if the monarch in the South is friendly to the northern throne, like Dany or whatever, there's no guarantee that the next one in their line or the next one after that will be. And if another war between the North and the South happens, the first region to go would be the Riverlands.
