(Anonymous) 2012-06-10 08:30 pm (UTC)(link)I have a... unique dressing style, and as long as my arms are covered and my heels aren't too high at work, then my boss doesn't give a shit about what I wear. In fact, one of the office women says she comes out at least once a day just to see what I'm wearing. XD
And OP, if you're not quite confident just yet in order to go all out with your clothes, then try a little thing at a time? Wear a cute headband or a frilly skirt. Wear shoes that have bows on them or an 'out there' hat.
Just try and remember to have confidence in the fact that YOU know you like the outfit you've chosen, which means it doesn't matter if someone else doesn't.
