I guess I just didn't really understand what you meant when you listed that under your "type". Like...characters that behave sexually inappropriate or men who you think are sexually inappropriate for you - which would be species or age or something? I don't know. I guess I"m having a spacey night, because I'm just not getting it.

Btw, I've heard a lot of great things about DA:O but have yet to try it. It's on my To Play list if I ever get some spending money.

Also, sorry for the double post, I don't know why that happened.

Ah, if you've never played the game I can sort of see why'd you ask. Zevran (as a character) is let's say very sexually forward. Also, when you have a party in the same (of 4 people) there's party banter and there's some really cute dialogue.

Like, Zevran gives unasked for sex tips, or compliment the bosom of a character who, in her own words, ir old enough to be his grandmother. It's also not so subtly hinted at he has a leather fetish.

I guess in my personal life I really like someone who can joke about sex, who speaks in double-entendres and who's not afraid to grab your ass in public (or likes his ass grabbed in public, I'm not that particular).

Alistair is really more my type (equally snarky but awkward and naive), but Zevran was all kinds of fun as a party member and his romance was quite deep and well executed. I have very fond memories of him. (Too bad DA2 fucked up imports so I never got his proper dialogue.)

My favorite thing about him showing up my second time through it is that, with my male warden import, he wouldn't even consider having a fling with me because he was still dedicated to my other character <3

Every one of my imports messed up. D: No continuing romance with Ali or Zevran. (Maybe they've patched it now, but idk.)

Oh man, I heard that bit of dialogue where he turns down your fling and it made me melt. Was pleased as punch they included it; it made me appreciate Zevran and his romance all the more.

Strange enough, I was secretly happy that the imports messed up on the import for my Zev romance game, since my future Lord Voldemort elf mage headcanon was that she got with Anders in DA:A, and Zev was having a lovefest back in Antiva. Then there was a whole lot of awkward when they met in DA2 and Anders said lul no to a Hawke/Zev hook-up.

Man, I could never have my characters move on to someone else (even Anders, who I adore, though it was my personal headcanon he was in love with my wardens because I am cruel like that) because I'm a sap and want my happy ending with them. That said, that's an interesting headcanon you got there. :p

Then it was very hawkward when they met in DA2 and Anders said lul no to a Hawke/Zev hook-up. Fixed that for you.

Yeah, the DA men will do that to you (women might too, though they haven't for me personally). I'm also more of an Alistair person but I enjoyed having my Aeducan fling with Zev.

I've played DA:O three times now, and always romanced Zevran. I tried not to once, for variety, but he's lovely. I thought his romance was very well written.
