Sure. If they were accusing YOUR father, had already searched your house and STILL insisted on that you would have been perfectly fine with it. You'd be all helpful and sweet, I'm sure.

Bolin wasn't forced to do anything. he's just terrible at lying and she realized he knew something so she insisted, but she certainly didn't force him to anything.

I might be willing to concede you the monks point.
