I'll take on the secret itself. I don't think OP really thought this! I think this is a troll secret--and way more deft than a lot of the ones we get, if this thread is any indication.

People do, though? Calling cancer and eating disorders and other bodily changes is pretty much what tabloids/TMZ/ONTD thrive on, and many celebrities are visibly sick before they make it public. As for pre-existing issues, there's Forest Whitaker's lazy eye and Kevin Sorbo's stroke-affected arm, and to get specific with the OP's mention of palsy, Pierce Brosnan, Alexis Denisof, and Roseanne Barr have all had it.
