I'd still love to see her as a serial killer though, that's a movie of hers I'd go see. But not as a lovestruck teenager, please.

Well, not much of a twist, but lots of horror movies seem more to go with either children as the killers (evil children), or when they get into college. I can recall a couple where they're teenagers, like... literally teenagers not 'OMG! I'm 19 and in college and I'm being played by a 30 year old because I totes look like I'm still a teenager!'

More like, Disturbing Behavior, or Tamara, or Carrie.
