(Anonymous) 2012-06-15 05:55 am (UTC)(link)In looking into it ('cause the secret made me legit curious) it looks like she does not, in fact, have any kind of facial tics or muscle issues. Or at least nothing made public. I'm guessing OP was referring to Bell's palsy or post-stroke symptoms, but she may, I don't know, just naturally have weaker muscles in her cheeks or around her eyes or somesuch.
She seems to be able to smile in interviews, but ia that her eyes seem vacant at all times. I always assumed she just smoked a lot of weed...
