Then you ask, to be sure: are you satisfied with your orgasms? Are you able to achieve them as often and as easily as you'd like? And provided that line of questioning goes well, you wrap up with reassurance and solicit any other concerns.
Medicine is much more than knowing the answers, and often there is no right answer.
(PS: I also have no appreciable vaginal contraction upon orgasm despite some *ahem* research, and despite a heck of a lot of Gray's reading and anatomy dissection... still do not. Thankfully, I'm not worried about it, and itself just like to come. :))
