Hmm, 3rd year here, and while what you've said may be accurate (and that is a fairly hazy may as the state of physiology scholarship on female orgasms is deplorable) it is sort of counterproductive. When a patient asks about an aspect of their sex life that they worry is 'abnormal' or that they may be 'doing wrong' I have always found that unless there's a clear pathology that can be resolved easily, it's best to emphasize that a wide range of sexual experience/behavior is normal, and that their satisfaction is paramount.

So: you tell her: you may not have strong--or any--vaginal contractions when you orgasm, and that's perfectly normal.

Then you ask, to be sure: are you satisfied with your orgasms? Are you able to achieve them as often and as easily as you'd like? And provided that line of questioning goes well, you wrap up with reassurance and solicit any other concerns.

Medicine is much more than knowing the answers, and often there is no right answer.

(PS: I also have no appreciable vaginal contraction upon orgasm despite some *ahem* research, and despite a heck of a lot of Gray's reading and anatomy dissection... still do not. Thankfully, I'm not worried about it, and itself just like to come. :))
