Yes, this. I love Pepper. Would LOVE to have that woman's strength, determination and capability. She was one of the best parts of the Iron Man movies for me, despite loving Tony himself too.

And I always thought that was indeed 'a moment of weakness' and she remained CEO. Now I'm a bit worried too...

I thought it was more of a "I am about to go on medication if Tony doesn't knock this shit off" moment, that she quickly scrapped and went back to being awesome.

That makes perfect sense for her character and I can easily imagine it happening.

Who could even blame her?

No one who has ever had to interact with him for more than ten minutes. You know Nick Fury is on something at this point.

I vote we start a letter campaign to Marvel politely reminding them that Tony didn't accept her resignation during the IM3 production.

IDK, by what everyone else has said, I think she probably is still CEO and the resignation was just a brief freakout that she quickly got over.

Plus...the movie is already filming so...don't think there's much anyone can do now.

The writers have been done great things with her so far, so it'll probably be fine. *crosses fingers*
