You don't really stop having crushes just because you've entered adulthood, so don't worry about it, it doesn't make you weird. (And it's not just because you're a girl - dudes get crushes, too, and it's not like having a crush makes you weak or something, in fact, being able to admit to it probably makes you stronger than most.) Being monogamously partnered does not mean you are not allowed to notice other people, either. Obviously, you need to take your partner's feelings into account and curb your noticing/crushing behavior accordingly, but it sounds like your husband doesn't have a problem with your crush so that's not an issue. As was said above, this sounds like an interest that arose from admiration, and there's nothing wrong with that.
