You don't have to post a finished fic. You never have to let it in to anyone else's brain but yours, if you don't want. I know a lot of writers like to write for an audience, and there's nothing wrong with that, but that's not the only way to do it.

Maybe if you thought about not posting the story and just focused on the fun part of writing it just for you it would help you get over that block of finishing one of them. You can always change your mind later if you want to post it.
