You said "movies," not "comics," but I can't help but recommend the webcomic Drowtales.

It's full of badass women, wearing full sets of armor and wielding huge weapons.

There are some women put into roles like the healer, and the bow-weilder, and such, but the grand majority of generals and warlords and combat experts in the comic are female.
