Right off the top of my head, I thought of four blind women in Marvel Comics alone. Destiny, Blindfold, Madame Web, and Alicia Masters.

Well, there aren't many, but then again, there aren't many disabled people in media to begin with, but let's see...

Funny you should mention blindfolds. There is an X-Men character called Blindfold who literally has no eyes, and she covers the blank skin patches she does have with a blindfold.

There's also Madame Xanadu from DC comics and Madam Web of Marvel. And Toph from Avatar.

And do eye patches count? There's Rose Copen from Y: The Last Man, Tallulah Black from Jonah Hex, Callisto from X-Men, Ravager from DC Comics...

Ooh, I have a thing for this too (fictional only, like you). Mine's more of the blindfold or something over eyes kink, though.

I think the first time I noticed my kink was when watching the movie 'Ink.' (Great movie, if you've never seen it.) There's a guy in it with, like, electrical tape over his eyes.

Chiana from 'Farscape' is hot and kickass, but she isn't blind for very long. There is a blind woman in 'House of the Flying Daggers,' but I can't remember how kick ass she is.

I'm not really sure if you're really going for 'vision impaired' or straight up blind here. But for what it's worth, Riddick isn't really either, unless we're going to include every single fictional person who wears glasses (as that's about the extent of what Riddick's goggles do for him).

Only one person on this thread mentioned TereziT3R3Z1! :O I thought of both her and Toph *immediately*. They're the two blind women - blind characters, really - I'm most familiar with.

Try N.K. Jemisin's Inheritance trilogy. One of the narrator/protagonists is a pretty damn BAMF blind female.

Toph, obviously, is the most BAMF of all BAMF blind females.
