I like Eliot, but he's definitely not my favorite. I detest Nate, though. To the point that I actually stopped watching because the actor and character just annoyed me so much it overpowered any joy I was getting from that show.

Another unpopular opinion, I loved Tara. She was awesome. I wish she'd make a guest appearance on some random job.

She was just so cool and calm and collected and competent and kick ass! I loved how she was always seemed weirded out how the rest of the Leverage team were all so emotionally invested and she was always like, dudes, this is a job.

I want her back. If she took over for Nate I would jump with joy and hug my television and watch obsessively.

I would love her back on the team in any way possible. She was so much fun. Some of my favorite episodes are ones where she's in. I especially love the fashion designer one ("So many buckles!").

That is so nice to know! I peeked into the fandom awhile ago and saw a bunch of rabid haters and slowly backed away. Fandom is notorious for not liking what they see as replacement characters or intruders. Sad.

I must confess, I'm a big 7of9 fan so I was kind of excited to see Jeri Ryan pop up on my Leverage.

Whaaaaat, how is this an unpopular opinion. Tara was such incredible awesomesauce. I keep hoping she makes a hundred more appearances.

Edit: Oh wait nevermind, fandom hate of new female characters, got it.

Late reply, but Tara does make a guest appearance in 4.13 (which also has minimal Nate, since everything's happening from the POVs of Sophie, Parker, and Tara). iirc, the episode stands pretty well on its own, too, so it might be worth looking up just for the dynamic between the women on the team.
