1. Why? I dislike a lot of fandoms that some of my friends are in and vice versa. As long as there's not this conflict between us -- which there never is -- I couldn't care less whether they liked my fandom or not. I loathe Kingdom Hearts 2 with a bitter passion while 90% of my friends adore it. While I don't make a habit of verbally bashing it, it's a known fact and no one seems to give it second thought.

3. I know exactly how you feel. There are some characters I can't stand because I spent several hours trying to beat them. Lol.

5. I don't think less of them, but it is a little annoying. So one asked me once why I bothered with proper spelling and grammar when online. Why would I? I'm a bit of a grammar Nazi myself. While I don't do LJ based RP I used to do a lot of freeform RP in a guild and whenever someone would try to strike up a conversation with my character and they had no puncutation and grammar skills, I couldn't continue to play with them. I'd usually politely excuse myself and block them for a few hours.

12. That's sad that so many friendships can be divided on politics. I'm moderate and while I have a sort of contempt to both political parties it doesn't change how I view my friends. As long as no one's getting into heated debates and throwing their politics in my face I really don't care. I have friends who are ultra conservative and then I have friends who are socialist. It's funny, we can be every different type of religion it seems these days and get along just fine but the moment someone mentions having a different political view all hell breaks loose. I wonder if people would be so adamant about political division if they realized how adversely this exact mentality has affected previous governments.
