Bolin doesn't "deserve" her because he's nicer or funner or not a douche. That's such a creepy attitude. And having fun with someone as a friend does *not* automatically mean you want to be more than friends with that person.

tbh i'd like makorra so much more if she'd had a light hearted "can be happy and not fighting with mako" episode.
the closest we got is them fighting together in finale and Mako was gary stuing it up then

Mako =/= Bolin and ofc the dynamic between them is going to be different. Also lots of srs bsns stuff was happening so they didn't really have time to be all lighthearted and happy.
