maybe numbness? idk, i spent like 2 hours redoing that section just so i could save her, my Jensen was a sneaky character and not equipped for that sort of fight at all lol

Yup, that section is super hard if you're a sneaky character D: I managed to do it /and/ get Pacifist on the hardest difficulty, but damn. Good thing Adam didn't get sick from eating all those candy bars...

heh, yeah. I didn't play as Pacifist (I wrecked that early on and just decided to go with it, I didn't reload any sections until this one with Malik) but I went full sneaky snake because how rare is a game with a good stealth system, you gotta take advantage of that. I mostly abused the hell out of the Typhoon system and the grenades, haha.

Yeah, I just Typhooned everyone on my lethal playthrough. Fuck that box robot, seriously :/ Took me 3 playthrough to get Pacifist, but it was worth it!

Haven't played this but...man, that looks like a rough death. :/

It's not unnatural to be shocked or numb though...maybe you'll think back on it later and it'll affect you then. Or maybe you just weren't as emotionally attached as you thought.

This is later on in the game, where you find out one of the major criminal groups you deal with have stripped her for top range cybernetic parts (which sets up their connection to the central antagonists of the game).

Well, if you're the kind of bustah who didn't save her of course 8)

Lawl there can be, but there can also be a lack of suspension of disbelief because it's a game. May be OP's problem.
