I'm a female PoC and race swap memes don't bother me. And like several people have already said, I usually see them made by PoCs themselves.
Idk, I'm indifferent to them. As a black female, seeing a black female recast as I dunno, Amy Pond and a black male recast as the Eleventh Doctor doesn't make me shout "OMG PROGRESSIVE, NOW I CAN RELATE TO DOCTOR WHO MOAR!!!!111" because I already do relate to Doctor Who's characters, no matter what their races are.

That being said, people should expand their horizons and stop choosing Ruth Negga and Antonia Thomas for EVERYTHING and Idris Elba and Aldis Hodge for EVERYTHING else.
