I get those errors, too (both tinypic and imgur, like someone above said).

It only happens after reloading the page/commenting a few times, so what I do is keep one tab open where all the images are showing and never closing it, or else reading through all the secrets before commenting them, in case they're not too difficult to remember/have too many details.
