I used to love Artemis Fowl so much in the early books, but I thought it started derailing around book 5... if this book is decent, I may actually read 'till the end of the series.

I'm actually pretty fond of all of them except #7. I'm not even 100% what happened in it.

But here, so far so good. I read spoilers ahead of time, and...if they're true, then wow, just wow.

It's not that I hated them, I just found myself less enchanted... but man, I really hope the last book is amazing! That series deserves to end amazingly.
