Yeah, that's what I was wondering about. I highly doubt that somebody broke into somebody's office in order to get them. Like you said, they're pretty easy to get.

Typo there - I meant, it would NOT be hard to obtain. I've seen those things just lying around houses. Maybe it's different for big Hollywood productions, but it's not like you'd need to sign nondisclosure (as you would sometimes for a screenplay/story).
