(Anonymous) 2012-07-11 12:03 am (UTC)(link)I have heard he's made some pretty bad comments about rape, but yeah, "people always hate on him for being effeminate and not for the things he deserves vitriol for" pretty much says it all. People hating on him for actual problems is one thing; the thing he said about rape was probably just a product of his being 17, but that doesn't mean people can't criticize it. I'm 16, and when I'm wrong, people tell me so and that's how I learn. People hating on him for perceived femininity is ridiculous, sexist and annoying.
