It's more about how characters don't choose these roles, but are biologically assigned them

Well, yeah. That's the whole point of it. D/s where someone chooses to submit squicks the fuck out of me. No judgment for real life kinks and no judgment for people who only like it in fiction but the concept of submission fills me with this absolute sense of horror. But pop it into a noncon setting where the submissive party is being forced to submit and then it's hotter than the center of the sun.

IDK why this particular kink is all that strange, for that matter. Yeah, it has a lot of kinks built in but so do most kinks when you start to unpack them. And man, you want kink pile ups? 24/7 D/s world fic can have everything you just mentioned (okay, without self lubing assholes). And it's okay that it does. People like it that way, so why not?

All kinks are strange, IMO, when you get down to them. Sex in general is strange. Natural, healthy, and a source of orgasms but really freaking weird. Omegaverse stuff is no different than any other kink out there.

I'm not saying that strange is bad. As you pointed out, even I have to accept that my kinks can be weird to other people. It's just that it's this combination of so many taboo fetishes set in a complex society that is shared between multiple fandoms, which is kind of bizarre and unusual. It's also kind of awesome in it's strangeness, despite not being into it myself. When I said the line you quoted, I was just explaining what the difference between top/bottom and omegaverse is. If that is what floats your boat, rock on! It's just kind of ridiculous sounding when you think about what it is exactly.
