Jeff grows to love the adventurous life of a pirate and begins a steamy affair with Captain Jackson, the two wed aboard the pirate vessel and soon Jeff is with child, Samuel becomes ridiculously possessive and protective of Jeff after this.

(Anonymous) 2012-07-14 02:53 am (UTC)(link)I did wonder if any part of her personality was informed by her host body's knowledge... She was the most pragmatic and understandable by human standards.
(another, much more minor character that I thought was just awesome in the manga was the schoolgirl who seemed like basic victim #37274 who jumped out of a high window into a treetop to escape one of the aliens -- man, so many great moments in parasyte!)
