I feel like this calling rape when the character herself clearly isn't experiencing it as rape... kinda denies women a certain amount of agency? If a woman wants to get her drink on and get laid, it's not necessarily rape. If she's an enthusiastic participant, it's probably a-okay.

I've had people tell me that the concentual mutual drunk sex I've had with my god damned boyfriend of several years is rape and yeah, I was super angry and felt very denied of agency.
