BTW, is anyone else disappointed that the Ford Anglia never reappeared after Chamber of Secrets? I mean, it was like semi-sentient and everything. I kinda wish some students had escaped into the Forbidden Forest during DH, met the car, and ran off to France in it or something...

New headcanon: the Ford Anglia got sick of being dented and scratched living in the Forbidden Forest. It took itself to southern France for a nice long vacation. It forgot to go back.
