(Anonymous) 2012-07-16 09:05 am (UTC)(link)IAWTC but I don't think the fact that in-verse Tony was friends with him is in any doubt, and the point here is more about in-verse character motivations than whether the fan likes Coulson or not. This is the second time I've seen the 'Coulson was pointing a gun at Loki, so no one should/would be angry at Loki for killing him!!!' argument brought up, and it still baffles me to the depths of my soul. :T
