That depends heavily on where you are, and what you've already done. Do you have a bachelors' already, and if so, what were your major/minor?

I'm in northern CA, and I've taken and passed the CBEST. Still need to take the Math CSET. My BA is in Literature, but that was over a decade ago, so I'm not sure how relevant that is. I work in tech, and on Thursday I'm starting my volunteer job tutoring 8th grade algebra students, which I'm pretty stoked about. Since I'm currently my family's only source of income, I'm probably not going to be able to enter a credential program until Fall '14, but I'm looking at programs to see which might be a good fit. And, hey, if my husband up and finds a job tomorrow, maybe I can apply for the '13-'14 school year.
