(Anonymous) 2012-07-17 12:36 am (UTC)(link)Why couldn't that push come from her own inner strength, or knowing that Republic City counted on her, or fear for *ALL* the people she cared about? Or better yet, she doesn't magically unlock it through an emotional surge, but gains it by putting time and effort into her training and realizing she needs to take a different approach this time.
