(Anonymous) 2012-07-17 01:45 pm (UTC)(link)The one thing a lot of the fandom forgets too is that subtexty relationships becoming canon always ends so well. See: moonlighting, x-files, remington steele, torchwood...
The fandom on ff.net are actually some good people who are nothing but supportive, and honestly the fic there is better than the fic on lj.

That too! Subtext made text is so rarely well done in media that whining about it for a reason like that should be low-priority. But, yeah, you know what I mean.
I was in a fandom a year or so back and it was in a similar situation; the LJ fandom was dead, but ff.net was thriving, and I loved it.
