I thought the werewolf thing was because it was considered a curse and not actually an heritage. I agree strongly that it was discrimination. I'm just saying there didn't seem to be much issue with other magical species, for example Veela. Of course though they didn't seem to be a big fan of inter-species marriage and treated a lot of the races as less such as House Elves or Goblins... I'm not even sure what I'm arguing anymore actually. I guess Death Eater discrimination is Muggles < Magical Creatures?

Loki is also called Silvertongue for a reason so if he really, really wanted to be Death Eater King I wouldn't put it past him.

I'm good with Death Eater discrimination being Muggles < Magical Creatures.

I think Loki is a natural prankster and this doesn't help build trust most times. It is not impossible for him to become the Death Eater King. He has the skills. But he'd really have to work to keep up the charade for years and not let his attention-seeking needs blow his cover prematurely.
