I was the opposite — I liked Loki far less the second time I watched Thor. But I think the fandom is what soured me on him, not because I saw something new. I think he's a great character and I genuinely like him, but nowadays I just get irritated whenever he shows up in fics and stuff because I am just so sick of all the narrow focus and obsession.

On the other hand, I liked him far more when I watched Thor's deleted scenes. He seemed more...substantial? Mature? Multi-faceted? I dunno.
