I love the idea of them devoted their big strong hearts to each other. Even just as a friendship it would be a powerful matchup, but as a romance it would be obnoxiously delightful.

Haha, that is perfect, Thor would probably have no brain-to-public filter when it comes to gallantly praising Steve. The whole world would end up knowing about his prowess in everything. "My brother-in-arms can hold his own in any drinking match! He is most formidable on the battlefield! He is unmatched in the art of love and bedplay!" Most awkward Facebook updates.

If there isn't a hint of an adorkable Cap/Thor bromance in Avengers 2, I'm going to be extremely disappointed. (Am probably going to be extremely disappointed.)

Most awkward...maybe. Most awesome? Yes. He is unmatched in the art of love and bedplay! is going to stick with me for a very long time. The sad/delightful thing is I can picture those words actually leaving his mouth. Poor Steve. Except not really, because THOR.

I think I'd actually be more disappointed about that than if there's no hint of Science Boyfriends or Budapest Veterans. The last two got a lot of play in the first movie already, it's time for Big Blond Heroes!

There is no shame in THOR. Only shame in those of us who aren't blessed with THOR. Who probably cuddles like a car crusher, let's be real here.

Me too! I love both those friendships but we've been there. As fun as they are, bring on the Cap/Thor! Big blond heroes is perfect btw. They should use that.

Best way ever to have your ribs broken though.
