There are a lot, however, of mostly "feminist" WoW players who will swear up and down that no real women look like the models and they'll just stick to dwarves because dwarves are built like "real women".

Except dwarves are actually the most unrealistic of them all. People who are that wide side to side are not that narrow from front to back, or that flat-stomached.

Except that, y'know, achondroplasia is a thing that exists. Surprise, WoW dwarf women are proportioned loosely like RL dwarf women.

Like achrodoplastic dwarf women, not all women with dwarfism. There are over 200 causes of dwarfism. Don't lump them all together.
