Yes, those women have somewhat varying body types.

But they only look like WoW females if you'd give them all DD size Breast Implants - including the gnome, goblin, worgen, and both elf "models"

(FYI, your draenei is built more like a dwarf. (And the blood elf is much MUCH too "fat" :p)

And Whitney Carson only resembles the human model in that photo due to the optical illusion created by her outfit. The human models in WoW have much smaller waists than Carson actually does.
