You're only 23 OP, you're still young, your life isn't going to be over any time soon. Start out with baby steps, maybe talk to a therapist or try finding part time work that you think you can handle. Just remember that making mistakes or not succeeding all at once is normal, and doesn't make you a failure. You can do it OP, I know you can :-)
Heck, I'm around the same age as you, and I still not sure what I'm doing with my life. You're not the only one.
