THE worst namer of children (to me) is this fucking moron right here. (http://www.news.com.au/national/move-over-epponnee-rae-diammond-sparckles-in-town/story-e6frfkw0-1225820291079)

Psh, that's nothing.

There was an article in Psychology Today talking about unique names and their affect on children and the writer had named her kids, E and Yo.

I just feel bad for the kids. This girl is going to grow up with more than one problem:

1. Her name will fit on exactly NO government forms/cards/etc.
2. With the intentional misspellings of diamond and sparkle, there's the chance she'll think it okay to 'invent' spellings.
3. The obvious Speshul Snowflayke syndrome her mother is pretty much dumping on all eleven kids from birth.

Diammond? That's not that bad. It's just long, but I know a couple people who have equally long names and it's not really a problem for them... they just go by their first name.

Diamond would not be a bad name. Purposely misspelled "DiamMond" is terrible, however, especially with frickin "Sparckles" attached.

Maybe it's the area you grow up in? 'Cause where I'm from, Diammond wouldn't stand out at all. I've met a guy named Yohawnn (pronounced "Johan"), a girl named Jazzime (pronounced Jasmine), and a guy named Souh (pronounced "sigh.") Diammond isn't my favorite name in the world and I don't really see the point of changing the spelling, but it doesn't stick out as terribly bad.

And I'd agree that Sparckle is pretty bad, but it's a middle name isn't it? She'll pretty much never ever have to use it, so when it comes to middle names I don't see why parents shouldn't be as kre8yvve as they want.
