It's another (!) EXO (male k-pop idol group) secret. Note that EXO is actually made up of two smaller groups, EXO-K and EXO-M. The boys in the blue circles are the ones that OP loves, purple circle is the ones OP feels neutral about, and red is the ones OP doesn't like.

Here's a transcript:

I love EXO, all of them. Even if I prefer a song from one side more than the other, I don't hate the other one. But EXO-K will always be my favourite. I vastly prefer Baekhyun and D.O. as lead singers, Kai is my favourite dancer, and Chanyeol is my favourite. Even if I'm not into Suhol and Sehun's personalities, I like their parts.

Tao, Lay and Xiu Min are my favourites BY FAR in EXO-M. I like Tao, personality and performance wise, almost as much as I love Chanyeol. Xiu Min is the second best dancer for me in EXO and Lay's singing voice is so pretty (when he gets to sing). But I really can't stand the way Chen sings, and Luho rubs me the wrong way. And then there's Kris, who I don't really mind, but he's just kind of... fail.

I know this really isn't that big of a deal. But the fans who ignore EXO-K, say EXO-M is hotter, better, more interesting... I kind of hate them for ignoring an entire half of the group. So, even though I DO like EXO-M, I just feel kind of hypocritical.

TL;DR - OP likes both halves of EXO, but feels unhappy that some fans prefer one half to the other.

OP - WHY didn't you submit this to K-Pop Secrets on Tumblr? I'm going to guess that outside of OTD, nobody on LJ really knows k-pop.

I do understand how you feel. For example, I LOVE SNSD. I have the same sort of layout for the members that you do for EXO:

When TaeTiSeo was formed, I was disgusted with how some Sones behaved (Fanytastics, Taegangers and Seohyunnies in particular) - they made it seem like those three were the only important members in the group, and members like Hyoyeon, Yuri and Yoona shouldn't be supported because they weren't as important as TaeTiSeo. The only advice I have for you is to just continue on and support your favourites as best you can, and ignore the haters.
