What bothers me the most? (And thank god that after ten years in retail I am no longer in it, though I merely traded asshole customers for asshole nurses).

Customer service/retail workers who are assholes to CS/RW! I want to be like, "HELLO!! You hate it when people treat you/us like this, why is it okay for you to do it?!" *seethe*

Oh my god, I hate that so much. A former friend of mine used to work as a waiter, and he was always such a dick to the waitstaff whenever our group of friends went out to eat. I've been doing customer service-type work for as long as I can remember (my parents own a small business that I used to help out at/work for), and I've always tried my best to be as courteous as possible when someone is helping me out in a retail or service setting. It's really not that hard to be decent to people.
