It's pretty interesting, if you can get past the overwroughtness of the writing.

What I noticed most about this is...last of apostrophes in possessives. Although, that portion does seem shippy, so don't be too hard on yourself, anon. Idk what this is, though.

The book is a popular history written in novel form about the 1893 Chicago World's Fair, the architects who put it together under immense pressure, and the serial killer who drew many of his victims from the fair.

Have you read Larson's other books? I'm usually a grammar nazi and I don't even care about the apostrophes or whatever; he tells the stories so well, IMO.

Nah. I only got the book because I was looking around for books on city planning (a minor fascination of mine) and that was one of the ones that was recommended to me.
