I've been meaning to give those games a try because gay content is not something I usually see in the games I play... but those Mass Effect games kinda look like they added gay options in the last game out of pressure, then kept some characters un-dateable just because they didn't want them to be gay. Sort of dampens my interest in the series tbh. :\

Actually, is the opposite: the first two games were supposed to have gay options (they even recorded the same sex dialogues!) but at the last moment they chickened out. In this game they finally said fuck you to the haters and included the homosexual options.

Man, that's a bummer because I feel like romancing Kaidan as a maleShep in the 1st one would have been really sweet.

That's good to know. I feel it's a little weird that they would say fuck you to the haters but still limit the options for gay relationships, but I can appreciate that they at least took a step forward.
