When it got to the part where the Irish mother is telling her two children the story of Tir Na Nog I just burst into tears and sobbed for the rest of the film (including the end credits). It's just as well we had to stop watching the film in our house, really (my brother's a huge Titanic nerd and it was and still is incredibly hard to get him to be quiet when watching anything to do with it).

The film's got nothing on the actual stories from the sinking though, and there's so many that I wouldn't even know where to start. At 10, I didn't grasp the enormity of what happened (my only thought at the time was "they're not going to get out!"), but now... Now I can't hear Nearer My God to Thee at all without wanting to curl up and cry.
