F!S Anon Meme (the Seventh, and now on DW!)

Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

That's about it, though!

I'll be linking some general/general-fandom threads I see so people don't repost new threads with the same stuff.

Which Simpsons Treehouse of Horror segment scares you the most? For me it’s the one with Bart’s evil twin in the attic. I saw it when it was first aired and still can’t watch it without running out of the room.

Halloween isn't over until Iv'e seen Treehouse of Terror, even if it airs a few days later!

I used to be scared of the one that was a Twilight Zone parody. By that I mean, I was scared of the bit when the creature taps on the window of the ambulance and holds up the severed head of Flanders. It was the little bit of spine dangling from his neck that really grossed me out even though it's very cartoony. I was only very young when that first aired so yeah - I still flinch a bit.

The one where they turn inside out from inside-out-fog. I don't know why but that scared the shit out of me and still is unsettling, dancing around skinless.

Oh yeah. That one freaks me out too.

Oh fuck I forgot about that one. I think that beats decapitated Flanders by a long way because I can't actually look at the TV when that fog appears.

The sound effects make it worse.

oh god, yes. that episode is my absolute favourite but I always switch over before that happens

I don't typically get scared by the Treehouse of Terror stuff but that part has always freaked the shit out of me.

I'm really terrified of the hair-transplant one. No clue why.

Also, I will always love "The Shinning" because it helped me to actually make it through all of "The Shining." Previously that movie haunted my nightmares, and my friends always made fun of me for not being able to finish it.

Yeah, this one too. It really freaks me out.

Not scary so much, but a more recent one spoofing 28 Days Later had the car wheel rolling over a guy's head and exploding it - it was cartoony, but man was it gross. >_<

Our local TV station edited out the bit with Slithers eating Lord Montymort until pretty recently, lol.

Oh holy god. The Nightmare on Elm Street one. Fuck me, that scared me more than the actual movies did.....
