Some ground rules:

Rizzoli and Isles (and, okay fine, the show itself is actually kind of shitty a lot of the time but whatever, I still like it.)

Tokyo Mew Mew

The game itself isn't really female centric, but in Birth By Sleep you got to play a storyline with Aqua and she was pretty neat and had some of the coolest moves.

I know I have more, but that's all I can think of right now...

What so you mean the show is shitty? Rizzoli and Isles is awesome!

It's also the only show I've seen with a female friendship (regardless if you ship them or not) is portrayed realistically in any live-action media I've seen. (I'm sure there are others though.)

It is *tremendously* shitty. I loved the characters and would love to be in a fandom with female buddy-cops, but I just couldn't with the terrible, terrible writing and plotting.

And yes, I did give it a fair chance. I watched the whole first season, but the thing I remember most about all that time I spent on it is how much the writing *pissed me off*.
