Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).

It took me forever how to add my own comments to reblog, don't worry!

This is my guess, but I think that people understand it because they're not looking at it like we look at other blog services like livejournal, blogspot, etc., so they're not looking for that order and organization like we are, but like something like facebook or twitter where they are keeping up with all their friends without falling behind and so they don't care about proper archives and comment systems and such.

Hahaha, well, I'm one of the ones that understood it fairly quickly from the get-go, but that explanation makes sense. I tend to compartmentalize everything and try not to go into situation/movie/book/website X while expecting it to be like Y.

I also think it might be because I got into it a little earlier. That way I didn't hear people going on about it and I didn't have any expectations or whatever.
