Some ground rules:

Star Wars was my first fandom, but Harry Potter was my first internet fandom.

SAME HERE. I started writing stories about Star Wars before I knew anything about fanfiction, fandom, or even the expanded universe. Then I found the Harry Potter section on fanfiction.net, and I was done. Ah, middle school how I miss thee.
