Secrets, rants, opinions, anything you want to say about your fandom or a fandom or fandom in general, do it here! Anonymously, of course. Get it all off your chest.

Some ground rules:
1. Going anon is encouraged but not absolutely required (for those who struggle with captchas and stuff).
2. No autoplaying/autolooping embeds, or embeds that cover/stretch the screen.
3. No dropping personal info or IRL contact info, etc.

The same. Fandom changed me from someone who was failing English and hated it into someone who now loves it and is only a few weeks away from getting a degree as an ESL teacher.

I'm jealous of all these people learning languages through fandom. I only speak English. I've tried learning other languages but I just...fail.

Good for you Anon for sticking with it and for finding a fun way to learn.

This. Everyone keep asking me "how did you get so good in English? Are your parents British/American/Canadian/Australian/Other native English speakers?"

I keep saying I just watch a lot of American movies and Tv shows.

I really just read A WHOLE LOT of fanfics.

Try sorting ficsfr_news's tags and see if they have a fandom you could be looking for?
(I can't recommend going to FF.net: too many poorly written fics, nor to AO3: just not enough fics yet.)
