Pretty much. I don't even have to masturbate to get off. I find myself having sexual fantasies even at work and getting off without anyone ever knowing (thank god I'm a girl and also not vocal during sex). And I'm at the point where I get really turned on just looking at a man I find attractive. Even a fully clothed one.
