Nope!

It's a lack of sexual attraction.

You can still get aroused (due to hormones and such). Plenty of asexuals masturbate. They just don't like having sex with other people.

But not all of them, I thought? That person's comment that "they buy batteries in bulk" might be true for some but not all, I would think.

Nah, it's different for everyone. Some might have libido, some may not. But people were getting confused over that comment, so.

There are degrees of asexuality, if what I've read is anything to go by.
