OP is probably trolling but just to clarify for any confused passer-bys:

1. Yamino had nothing to do with Derpy Hooves. Nothing. Months before the offensive episode aired, she happened to reblog two posts from her friend (who is disabled) about why she didn't like the term 'Derpy'. That was it. After the shitty episode aired and then later was changed for the better, butthurt Bronies decided that this was ALL YAMINO'S FAULT (even though she said nothing about the issue during the time when the actual controversy erupted, was just a fan of the show and had zero influence on Hasbro's decisions, and had nothing to do with the changes that Hasbro made) and rapetrolled her deviantart so much that it resulted in literally hundreds of pages of comments.

2. Derpy Hooves was not "fucked over." The show was edited so that her name *isn't stated at all* and so that her voice sounds cute and funny rather than like what those assholes on the playground sound like when they do their impressions of "retarded" kids. These changes were approved by Amy Keating Rogers, who wrote the script for the episode - and who was horrified when she heard the original voice that they gave to the pony. Either way, it's not like Hasbro gave Derpy a different name or anything. Now with the edit, she has no official name. So if you want to keep calling her Derpy you can keep calling her Derpy, and for those of us who don't like the word, we can call her something else. Plus her voice is actually cute now, so everybody wins. This is in no way shape or form "fucked over."

3. I don't even know what the OP is going on about the Adventure Time stuff. Yamino likes the Finn/Fire Princess, Finn/Bubblegum, and Bubblegum/Marceline pairings - and has drawn fanart for all of them. If there's anywhere where she's expressed butthurt over pairings that she likes getting mushed into a love triangle, I'm not seeing it.

I would like to add that Amy Keating Rogers also stated that she has a son with intellectual disabilities, and she was absolutely mortified when she learned 'Derp/Derpy' was a slang word for 'retarded', and that Derpy Hooves was/could be considered a stereotype of intellectually disabled persons.

The pissed off Bronies went after Yamino solely because she's known for being *very* outspoken on certain issues, the Derpy name being one of them. All while proving they can talk the talk of 'love and tolerance', but cannot/refuse to practice what they preach.

And when you have people from people who work on the show telling a fanbase to lay off someone, then that fandom doesn't deserve nice things anymore, imo.
